Lovely and gorgeous breakfasts with many options. Amazing and brilliant location in Richmond, next to the lakes, all the historic sites and shops. Also, in many extravagant restaurants.

We didn't want to say goodbye and would like to come again. The hotel was convenient and clean with particularly good views over the sunny rear garden.- The staff was amazing and the room was cosy and warm.- Had modern amenities.- The location of the property was super - around 10-15 minutes walk from Richmond Castle.- You could walk to nice stores and shops.- Brilliant service, just what we needed.

the location of the hotel was great, just a short walk from the charming market square. We booked a deluxe room and it had some nice features. The room had a stunning egg bath, a large rainfall shower, and a spacious bed. However, the saving grace of our stay was the food. The chef was exceptional and the menus were outstanding.
I recently spent Christmas at a so-called 4-star boutique hotel and it was a major disappointment. The description was completely misleading as we were placed in an old cottage next door.
